My father decided to put up office in our home so he and my mom can work better. Currently both of them are using our living room as their office.  Sometimes many of our relatives and friends wants to come over to our place for a visit, most often than not we declined since our living room is such a mess. That day my father called up a contractor to convert one vacant room into an office, then after few days the room renovation was done. Since both my parents are working home I decided to contact some wholesale suppliers for discount office supplies. I told them that they will need it in order to keep themselves more effective ion what they are doing. The supplier gave us a good rate and my parents were happy. The suppliers also offered us industrial supplies, but my parents told them that it is not yet really necessary at the moment. Although I thought the vacuums and odor control product are great for our home, but still my father insisted that they don’t have enough budget for it. Anyway we are happy now at least they have their own private room for working and we can now accept visitors anytime.

I was so thrilled when my brother called and told me that the newest member in the family is to be delivered the following day.  The baby was going to be the first baby in the family after 18 years.  I needed to be there since my brother’s video camera broke and we wanted to take a video shot of the baby coming out of her mother’s womb.  We had already asked permission from the hospital and since we were a family they agreed to it.

The big day came.  Out of shrill excitement, I was not able to check my car.  It had been acting weird the previous day.  It made a noise and there were traces of oil from the engine.  That day, my car did not start.  I was near frustration when my brother.  He was concerned what caused my delay.  I told my brother the dilemma.  He called his repair shop that offered 4×4 transmission repair service.

The transmission repair Largo came immediately.  I told them I needed to be in the hospital in 3 hours.  They worked fast without losing the efficiency of their job.  My car was fixed on time.  I was able to capture my niece’s birth.  As for my car, I never had problems with it anymore.

The day Jerry and I decided to marry, everything became so fast. We’ve been engaged for six years, but never proposed. I always asked myself if this guy intends to marry me. But I’ve got my answer this June, when he made a surprise party and finally asked my hand for marriage! Sooner than I knew, we moved out together. We had or garden wedding on the lakeshore and we were happy. My family was such water lovers that the sight of the lake with the reflection of the wedding is like a blessing to us. Jerry called a storage facility in Raleigh NC to temporarily hold our stuff before we finally move into our new house.

We moved to the house a week later after the honeymoon. Our love nest, although not as big as one would imagine, is very satisfying. It has three rooms, one particularly for our soon to be born baby, and a mess room, for me to do my hobby and source of income-my sewing. When I got our moving boxes from the storages, I became excited. Not only to start a new life, but becoming the wife and the mother for this family and home.
