Chicken Madras-Recipes For Chicken Curry!

Ingredients:

Two chicken breasts slice into pieces

One onion cut into thin strips slices

Vegetable oil

½ lemon juice

One tin tomato

Spices:

Four parched red chillis

Black pepper corns, ½ teaspoon

Chilly powder, ½ teaspoon

Cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, turmeric, and Paprika, ½ teaspoon

Two cardomoms

Pinch cinnamon

Four cloves

Pinch mustard seeds, ginger powder, and coriander powder

Method:

   1. In three to four tablespoons vegetable oil fry the pieces of chicken to color, when it turns in to light brown then remove it from the pan.
   2. Add onion till it turns golden then mix the spices. Blitz and mix them well prior adding it into the frying pan as well as fry for five minutes, you can add little amount of water if required.
   3. Add the pieces of chicken as well as pour lemon juice and stir well.
   4. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook at low heat for ten minutes approximately.
   5. For forty-five minutes, cook in to the medium oven as well as serve with rice. Indian rice is world famous like Indian food.
